What is home staging?
The goal of home staging is to present your home in the best possible showcase condition so it will sell quickly at the highest possible price! When we stage a home, we are essentially neutralizing the atmosphere. We aim to de-personalize the property so that it will appeal to the greatest number of potential buyers. We spruce up, clean up, lighten up and de-clutter your home. We will stage and design areas of your home using either your existing furniture and/or items from our inventory of high quality furniture. This creates a sellable space that potential buyers can relate to.
At StageAZ we highlight the special elements of your property. We take a home and make it into a marketable product... a very valuable commodity!
